Autumn Greetings Owl In A Pumpkin Card with Vanessa

Hi everyone! Vanessa here with an autumn card mixing new stamps with older ones. I love to color with colored pencils on kraft cardstock and think that it is a perfect match for fall themed projects.

I first trimmed my cardstock panel slightly smaller than the card base and stamped the images from Happy Owl-o-ween, Harvest Happiness and Woodsy Creatures with a light brown ink. Then I colored everything with my Prismacolor pencils. After I had stamped the sentiment from Autumn Greetings, I adhered the panel to the card.

This could easily be made into a one layer card, but the dark card base gives it a nice contrast, don't you think?

Barnyard Buddies and Missing Ewe Shadow Box Card with Amy

Hello everyone! Amy here today with a shadow box card that uses the Barnyard Buddies and Missing Ewe stamp sets. These farm animal images are some of the sweetest and the cutest I've ever seen! It's a fun set for sure.

For today's card, I used extra images that I stamped and colored (with copics) from my previous projects. I didn't want it to go to waste, so I made a box card for them. Box cards are great for creating dimensional scenes, and they fold flat for easy shipping. 

I used the smaller Stitched Scallop dies to die-cut green patterned paper for the front of the card as shown. I made the hills inside the box with the wavy die from Oceans Of Joy using the same patterned paper. I stamped the sentiment with Versamark Ink, applied white embossing powder, and heat set it.

To finish, I adhered all the images to the box card. Thank you for stopping by the blog, and happy crafting!

Happy Owl-o-ween Trio Of Costumed Owls Card with Nancy

Hi everyone, it's Nancy here. The spookiest time of the year is quickly approaching! Let’s get ready to send some handmade goodness with the Happy Owl-o-Ween stamp set. Who can resist cute owls in costume? This not-so-spooky card will be sure to delight.

I created this card on a watercolor paper background with a wash of Distress Ink in Mowed Lawn and Citron. This gives the card a punch of bold color and a nice background for the punched images to stand out on. Each of the stamped images were colored with Distress Ink and layered to create different costume dress ups. Using the coordinating dies is key in saving time to create different looks easily. The sentiment was stamped in orange and black ink at the top right with a sprinkle of sequins added for a fun touch.

Putting together the images from the Happy Owl-0-Ween stamp set is like playing paper dolls. I love all of the costume possibilities, making this set equally versatile and fun!

Cute As A Button Rainbow Card and Video with Eloise

Hi everyone, Eloise here and today I'm sharing a card using the Cute As A Button stamp set and coordinating dies to create a rainbow background of buttons and also the Fresh and Fruity set for the sentiment.

To start my card I pulled a piece of white cardstock and a ton of Altenew layering ink sets. I'm using these inks since I need a lot of colours and they're super easy as they come in sets already. I then stamped down 12 buttons with their layers and die cut them out using the coordinating dies. 

I decided to take my buttons one step further so I used some grey thread and stitched in a cross in each button, it would have been better if I had white thread, but I didn't have any that was thick enough, so grey worked just fine. Once I stitched through all 12 buttons, I went ahead and but foam tape onto the backs of each of them.

I then adhered them all down in a grid pattern onto my white card base, then white heat embossed a thank you sentiment from the Fresh and Fruity set onto some black cardstock. I cut it down into a small strip, adhered it to my card and it was complete.
